How do I start a submission?
Visit our Submit page, fill out the order form, and complete checkout. Your order ID and our lab's packing and shipping instructions are shown on the confirmation screen right after checkout.
How long does grading take?
Standard turnaround is approximately 14 business days from the date we receive your cards. Volume spikes may occasionally affect timing.
How do I track my order?
Once your cards are received and logged, you can look up your report number anytime on the Reports page.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled before grading begins. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best to accommodate.
What cards do you grade?
We grade sports cards, trading cards (Pokémon, Magic, etc.), and non-sports cards. Each submission must be a single card type per order.
For urgent matters regarding cards in transit, please include your tracking number in your email.
